Further Description:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and committed Social Worker (Adults). Experience in CHC, competent in completing care act assessments and mental capacity assessments. Expectation to complete 3 assessments per week. Candidate needs to be able to hit the ground running. Candidate needs to be flexible about location of work as may need to cover bedded units.

- Registration in Social Work England
