Further Description:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and committed Social Worker (Adults) to join our team in based in Queen Alexandra Hospital at Portsmouth. Candidate Must have acute hospital experience to assess patients who are ready to leave hospital.

- Social Work Qualification
- Registration in Social Work England
