Further Description:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and committed Team Leader managing SEND Advisers and SEN Caseworkers; collectively responsible for coordinating the processes related to Education, Health and Care Needs assessments, annual reviews and changes of provision/placement for children/young people with an EHCP. Ability to quality assure an EHCP. Responsible for managing complex caseloads. Required to attend, present at and chair meetings. Knowledge of Education legislation in relation to SEN.
Essential Criteria:
- Social Work Qualification
- Registration in Social Work England
- Previous experience in an SEN role either in a Local Authority or school
