Further Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity. We require a Registered Manager - Children’s Social Care to join our team based in Bury.
You will manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential children’s home, ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of the children and young people residing in the home. You will also ensure that the home is run in compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. Lead and manage a team of staff to provide a high-quality service to children and young people.
Essential Criteria:
- Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Work England
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing an OFSTED-registered home with a rating of GOOD
or above
