Further Description:
We currently have a locum opportunity for a confident and skilled Social Worker to support us in delivering our service for adults in need of social care. Our approach is strength-based and we aim to achieve the best outcomes - enabling people to be safe, as independent as possible and to live the lives they want.
Reporting to the Team Manager, the Social Worker will be responsible for assessment, support planning and safeguarding. You will work with service users, family carers and commissioners to ensure that support packages comprehensively meet assessed needs, whilst also being innovative and cost-effective.
