Further Description:
We are currently looking for a committed and dedicated Asw Social Worker (2 Yrs + Pqe) to join our team based in Kensington and Chelsea. Social Worker to provide a social work service, i.e. a professional assessment and care management service, to those with no recourse to public funds or refugee status who are over 18. Ultimately supporting adults to meet their individual needs and improve their wellbeing. This will include adults residing within contingency hotels across the borough.
Essential Criteria:
- Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Work England
