Further Description:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Team manager within our Adult Social care teams.
First response Assistant Team Manager x2
In this role you will ensure services are efficient and effective, you will be dealing with crisis intervention and work at a fast pace. No day will ever be the same and you will require a passion for making a difference in people’s lives. You will also be dealing with incoming safeguarding and will need to have experience of being a Safeguarding Adult Manager.
Essential Criteria:
- Registration with Social Work England
- Social Work Qualification
- Minimum of level 3 relevant qualification
- Experience of complex case work, management and evidence of ongoing CPD in family working.
